If you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error, we’re here to help. Sugar Pop Cases offers a free reprint or refund for any product issues. To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

To initiate the process, kindly use the “Submit Issue” form on our website and include a clear photo showing the problem. Our team will review your submission and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
